Thank you for shopping with us at Oh, It's Me! We know you are going to love your order but if for some reason your purchase doesn't work for you we will offer Store Credit, No Refunds. Items must be received back within 7 days of receiving your order, these items must be unworn, free of perfume and smoke. Tags must be attached.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping!
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition Store Credit will be issued minus shipping cost.
Please ensure trackable/insured service on all return orders that provides proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Discounted/promotion items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.
Bodysuits/lingerie, All Hats, and Jewelry are FINAL SALE due to the delicate hygienic nature of the item.
You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered you will be contacted and have to pay to have it returned to you. If we issue a refund it will minus the shipping cost.
